• Support corporates in commercial security contracting and management.

• Undertake Security Risk Assessments

• Assessment of host countries national security threats and potential impact on corporates operations (Country Security Plans).
• Documentation and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures for all identified security threats.

• Undertaking site/Facility Security Reviews and or Audits.
• Developing and Implementation of effective security incident management systems.
• Undertaking Corporate Security Investigations.
• Developing of personal security guidelines.
• Developing Travel Security guidelines.
• Developing, implementing and testing of Emergency Response Plans for corporate clients.
• Developing, implementing and testing of Evacuation Plans for corporate clients.
• Developing and coordinating VIP protection plans.
• Developing and implementation of Business Contingency and Continuity Plans (BCCP).
• Developing and Implementation of Crisis Management systems.
• Assess and advise on Security Advisories and security alerts.
• Developing and implementation of effective transit security systems.
• Coordination/Liaison/interface with government law enforcement agents.
• Support employee vetting for key corporate staff.
• Conduct security awareness training for corporate staff on need basis.
• Developing and implementation of security standards for corporate clients
